  Beautiful location on a park and lovely design, staff was terrific and made our stay perfect. We will refer travelers to Luxembourg to this hotel, the location is close to business and sightseeing. Very happy with this choice.

  The hotel is overall a lovely, luxurious place to stay that's a comfortable distance from the old centre of Luxembourg, with a beautiful park behind. Our standard room was not big but was very comfortable and well appointed.

  There can be a slight problem with "stuffiness" in the room, for which the only solution is to open the window, but this can be noisy if the room is on the street side (which ours was). Also, it is not true that all rooms have balconies. It may be that "most" have a balcony, but as it happened ou room did not have one. Lastly, I would alert future guests to breakfast costs. We booked a room for two nights at a rate that did not include breakfast. Breakfast needed to be paid for at additional cost. It must have been assumed that we would eat breakfast because we only realized after we left the hotel that we had been charged for breakfasts for both of us for both mornings, though in fact we had only had breakfast in the hotel on one morning.

  We thought that the hotel was in an other locatie Hotel Parc Belair showed compilation of pictures of there different hotels.Beds where hard. Expensive breakfast.

  Great location in a lovely residential area but still within walking distance to the city centre. The hotel had a really nice restaurant just across the road.

  It didn't offer great value for money. Our room was small and everything was charged for on top, i.e. parking (21euros per night), breakfast (an extortionate 25 euros per person), internet (20 euros for 24 hours), even the sauna cost 15 euros per person to use. My advise is, park for free on the street between 6pm and 8am then top up the meter at just 80cents per hour if you need to. Don't have breakfast there, go into town there ware plenty of cafes and don't get excited about the sauna, it's not worth it and there is plenty of other stuff to do!

  Good value for money - predictable standards - quiet, convenient location - walking distance to city..

  Breakfast very expensive at 25€, especially for someone with minimum need for breakfast. Also, card placed in room stated that breakfast was in the room price, contrary to my own belief - knowing the price from previous visits, that changed my mind on having breakfast at all. I was then met the following morning with a bill for 25€ for an extremely minimal Continental Breakfast. As ever, a room facing the park would eliminate traffic noise.

  From previous experiences, comfortable, relaxing & convenient with a predictable guarantee of high standards - somewhere reassuring to be going after a long journey.

  A room with a bath and one overlooking the park, away from traffic noise would have improved things. Tea / coffee making facilities in the otherwise most comfortable room seemed an obvious omission at this level. Breakfast charges excessive for simple needs.

  Location is good and the cost of the room is good for the level of accomodation. The environment is relaxing and very international.

  Two things: I would have given the value a 'good' mark because the room is 'good' but the cost of the breakfast is absolutely ridculous. 23Euro for the Continental Buffet is a crime. It should be ~10-12Euro. Second, the name and address needed to be updated on my bill since my wife checked in and it needed to be under my name for business purposes. The clerk indicated this would be difficult and I didn't have time so I left without changing it. However, when my secretary contacted the hotel, they promptly, and apparently quite easily, changed it and emailed her an update ... however, then the room rate was incorrect and the total did not reflect the itemized. She then asked for another update which again was easy. Puzzling.

  The staff went out of their way to help you. The room with the view of the park was fantastic. The free cocktail bar with hors d'oevres was a very pleasant touch. The Bistro restaurant had a fabulous atmosphere and reasonably priced excellent food.

  Despite being a four star hotel it did not have any catering facilities inside the hotel. Instead they have a cafe in a park behind the hotel. It is close but you have to find it and I had to ask directions. As it is located in a residential area the hotel cafe was the only option to eat in the afternoon. For dinner they have a restaurant but again situated outside the hotel but closer than the cafe.

  15 minutes walk to the center. Clean. Price in comparison with other hotels in Luxembourg is fair (if you book soon)

  First they gave us a room in another building just next to the main hotel which was awful! And the person in reception said these rooms are nicer which was clearly not correct. It's like a 3star hotel in my opinion.

  Well-appointed, pleasing rooms, private basement garage for guests, the free coffee bar set out in the lobby for guests, the access to the pretty neighborhood park.

  No air-conditioning is a big minus, and even in this pleasant residential neighborhood, if you keep the windows open, the noise from the nearby restaurants at night and then the garbage pickup in the morning will keep you awake.
